Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Magick Professional Services platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Magick provides access to professional business services including Legal, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Sales, Marketing, IT, HR, Operations, and Customer Success through a subscription-based model. Each subscriber receives a hosted ERPNext instance and access to human professionals.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service operates on a monthly subscription basis. The base platform fee is $5 per month. Additional modules are available at $5 (Basic), $10 (Pro), or $20 (Ultimate) per module per month.

Free trials last 14 days. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Service.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Professional Services Disclaimer

Magick facilitates access to professional service providers. The advice and services provided are for general business guidance only and do not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice in a professional capacity. For specific legal or financial matters, consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform, including your ERPNext instance. You may export your data at any time. Upon account termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
